HELP.......Physicals.

WHAT ARE THEY.

Im terrified, i have to go get one on June 3rd.
And a needle, but id rather not discuss that cause Ill go into a panic fit.

What's a physical. They'll only tell em that they're important.

It's pretty much just a check up. They check your weight, height, blood pressure, all that good stuff.

You don't get a shot from what I know of.

I've never had to get one, but all my friends have.
I know it's just like a regular check up.

They check your height and weight. Your ears. Your eyes. Your heart rate.
Normal stuff like that. When I had my physical done though, they made me pee in a cup and then I had to get my finger pricked.

Well...
The physicals i've been to personally are not that bad. They make you walk in a straight line (can't remember why), they check your back for lumps, they give you a shot if you are due for one like when you are a baby and they give you the chicken pox one. Oh, and they measure you and weigh you. That's pretty much it, nothing to bad about them it's pretty much to see if you are heathly or not.

They do check your "private parts" for cancer or something. Unless you're do for one they don't make you get a blood test.

Sometimes they will check 'down there' and other times not.

If I had to have a blood test, I would run screaming from the room

I'm due for my 15 year old needle or whatever..No idea what its for.

At 15, I believe it is tetanus.
This fall I had a tetanus shot, and a meningitis one.

They check your height,weight,BP,pulse rate,lungs,nervous system,check for scoliosis,and press on your abdomen. Sometimes they'll just peek 'down there' to make sure nothing is abnormal.

You may need to get a shot if you are overdue. Or you may need blood work/finger prick and to pee in a cup.
No biggie though.

Every physical i've had they check your blood pressure, eyes, ears, breathing, reflexes, put pressure on your lower abdomen (reaaaally close to "the area") and prick your finger.
it's easy as crap, nothing to worry about.
