Help: paying cash for HHI- DVC discount vs CAA/AAA

I'm planning a HHI trip in March 09. I called to see what the DVC discounted cash rate would be for a 2-BR and was told a rate of $207/nite for a 2-BR, but that was BEFORE taxes.

The CAA/AAA rate would be $248/nite (taxes included).

Does anyone know how much sales taxes and/or resort fees would be at HHI? I looked at my last trip (booked through CAA/AAA) but it was all included with no breakdown of room rate or taxes.

Does anyone know if the Disney Hilton Head Island charges any resort fees if paying cash (in addition to any taxes)?

We just got back from a trip there last week, and we paid the DVC cash discount for 1 night. I checked the bill, and there is a 6% sales tax and a 5% resort tax.
