Help! Packet pick-up for Gasparilla

My husband is planning to run Gasparilla full this Sunday in Tampa. He was supposed to fly out today but due to snow and nasty NJ weather, the flight was canceled. He now has a flight for Sat. that will land at 2:30pm. He is a bit worried he won't make it in time for packet pick-up. We missed the deadline to apply for race day pick up (we really thought planning to leave Thurs would give plenty of time) Is anyone going to be there who could get his stuff for him?

He is planning on staying with his dad in Sarasota Sat night but would happily work out a mutually convenient place to meet and get his stuff.

We'd appreciate any help or advice. We will send an email to the race organizers and see if the same-day pick up is still an option but we are just searching for other solutions at this point.

Jen I will be there Sat, and I have a friend who is going tomorrow to pick up her bib.

If you need me to get the bib for you, let me know.

Thank you so much for your offer We managed to get his dad to volunteer to drive to Tampa and attend the expo for him. We are assuming a copy his drivers license and verification email along with a letter saying his dad has permission to pick stuff up should be enough. We can't find a waiver to print. Would you mind checking (or having your friend check) to see if we need to send anything else.
