Help ordering my reservations

Thursday is my day. Can someone help me put it in the order you think I should try and get them. I am not sure which are the most difficult.

1/30 - Sebastians dinner
2/1 - Whispering Canyon dinner
2/2 - 50's Prime Time Cafe lunch
2/2 - Steakhouse 71 dinner
2/3 - San Angel Inn dinner
2/4 - Skipper Canteen dinner
2/5 - Sanaa lunch
2/5 - Yak & Yeti dinner
2/6 - Kona Cafe breakfast
2/6 - Rose & Crown Fireworks Package
2/7 - Sci Fi Dine In
2/7 - Californai Grill dinner
2/8 - Liberty tree Tavern lunch
2/9 - Grand Flordian Cafe breakfast

I would say Cali Grill if you want to eat and stay for fireworks, Sci Fi, steakhouse 71 because it's earlier in your trip, Rose and Crown package. I wouldn't think you will have too much trouble getting the rest. I would have back up plans for the first four or be will to try a different day. HTH
