I hope someone can help me, I need info on the one time exception. We have a trip coming up on 1/04/07 and we just found out out cat of 17yrs is very sick and will need constant med care. It's less than 30 days and my use year is feb. Is there any other option than putting the pts into the holding account? Thankyou so much for any advice,
