Help on Concierge Collection

I was just wondering how easy it is to book the hotels in this collection since it isn't a trade, do you have to do a year in advance or is the availability on it pretty good? Like if there was a room that weekend for the hotel I wanted to book would MS also show available or is there a limited number of rooms? Thanks for the help in advance

Had no trouble booking Charleston Place 2 months in advance (April 07). I tried to book two other resorts for a July 2008 stay and both resorts were blacked out for July. Very disappointing.
