Help no e-mails!

Any computer whizzes out there??

I'm trying to e-mail FL Tours to get a quote on a cab from MCO to UNiversal and then to WDW and back. Except I can't send any e-mails at the moment - no probs receiving them though. Where do I look for a trouble shooter to help me find what's wrong? - did searches on Outlook Express, but to no avail .

Have you tried clicking on Send / Receive??

My last resort to anything that goes wrong on my PC is to shut down and restart! But you may already have tried that!
