Help neeed advice to get over fear of Roller coasters

I need some advice to help me get over my fear of roller coasters I'm going to Disney World on 11/7 and I really want to ride RnRc if anybody has any advice please post I would like to hear from u

I would try going on one not upside down first. Such as Space Mountain. If you liked that then try RnRC. Also you get ride with your eyes closed so you dont see it happening, that always works.

Eyes closed makes it worse, because you can't see what's going on.

RcRC isn't bad, because your going so fast you can't tell your going upside down, and it's not like one of the roller coasters where you get thrown around too much, because you can't exactly move.

I'd say just go for it!

I went to WDW last august, and I made it a goal to go on tower of terror, I HAD to go on that ride and prove I could do it, and I was shaking really bad when we were getting on but I did it! And it turned out to be my favorite ride, tho it scared the crap out of me, lol!
