Okay Techies please help!

I want to add a photograph to my signature and
I want to know how to add a picture under my name.

It seems you know how to do the pic in your signature now, so I'll address the photo under your name - that's called an avatar.

Go to your >cp user located towards the top of the page. Click on that, then click on "Edit Options" - The last option is to include an avatar - click on the button that says "Change Avatar." There are several provided that you can choose from.
