Help needed with my other obsession!

Hi everyone,

Besides collecting pins, my other Disney obsession is Disney charms, especially those that commemorate special events or Disney anniversaries. Can someone out there tell me if there is a sterling silver charm for the 30th ? I already have one for the 100 Years of Magic, but would like a 30th since I have the others going back to the 20th.

I have not seen one for the 30th birthday. I think that has taken the back burner to the 100 years celebration. I too picked up the 100 years charm for Tara. We have been getting the sterling charms for her to commerate different events and travels. You may want to try WDW merchandise mail order to see if they have that charm. (and if they do, please let me know. I would love to put that on Tara's bracelet)

Hi Sue Ellen,

I called WDW Merchandising and was told there was no 30th charm. However, there is one and I believe it was issued on a time-limited basis around the first of October. I saw a picture of the charm. It shows Mickey with the "exploding castle"( like on the 30th pop-up pin) and has a hang-tag with 30th on it. There is some type of inscription on the back.

I was told the best place to find one might be World of Disney, but I have no idea how to contact them.

Is there any kind soul out there who lives near WDW that wouldn't mind checking on this for Sue Ellen and me?

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!
