Help needed from resident Flight Guru's!!!!

Please can one of the flight wizards help me out.

I have 2 flights booked with M+M via Virgin for DH and myself. My sister is now joining us so am trying to get her on the same flights as us.

The problem is the return flight is showing as not available onm M+M, and I wondered whether it was possible to check whether the flight was almost sold out or not?

trying to decided whether to wait a few days and see if it comes up, or book the full price fare.

Flight I am trying to check is friday 22nd october MCO - LGW VS016 7.30pm departure.

They allocate a certain number of seats to M+M so once they have been booked then they will show as unavailable. That doesn't mean the flight itself is near to being sold out for other fares. One way to check is to check the normal price for the flight against different dates, and compare that to availability of M+M on the other dates - if the date that's not available on M+M is a lot more expensive then it's likely to be more booked up.

We booked M+M for our upcoming trip, and the date we wanted for the outbound trip wasn't available - I called to ask if it would be made available, and was told that would only happen if there was a cancellation. We then booked for the next day, and 2 days later the original date showed up available
