Help needed for romantic dinner!

Hi - hoping to get some help for my DH's birthday dinner! We'll be down at the World Nov. 29-Dec.5. I would like to take my DH somewhere for a romantic dinner. My plan is to leave our boys with my in-laws over at the Poly, and have dinner somewhere on the monorail loop. I was thinking Narcossee's - we were there on our honeymoon, and really enjoyed it. I know nothing about California Grill - is that nice as well? I was hoping to catch fireworks too that night, but don't know the schedule for the MK fireworks. Can anyone help?

we have dined at both the restaurants you mentioned and enjoyed california grill much more. have you checked the official disney site for the fireworks schedule? if you are wanting a time near fireworks, i would suggest you call ASAP. those times book very quickly. good luck and happy birthday to your husband.

The most romantic, and the best dinner at WDW is Victoria and Albert's at GF.

If that's not an option, I'd opt for CA Grill......great food, service, and an awesome view of the Magic Kingdom.

Citicro's another great choice.

But try to swing V and A's.

On the momorail loop, the best spots would be V&A (if you can afford it and want to get dressed up), Citricos, California Grill, and Narcoosee's, where you've already dined.
If by "romantic" you mean quiet, subdued dining, then Citrico's is perhaps the most quiet spot (mainly because it's never crowded). The "wine room" at the California Grill is also away from the noise and activity in the main Cali Grill area, and when fireworks are on, all you need do is get up and walk out to the balcony.
So--the "wine room" at CG is where I'd choose.

Citrico's would be my suggestion. Some of the window seats offer fireworks views.

Narcooses would be my second choice--the CG is just too noisy for a "Romantic" dinner IMHO, although I certainly do enjoy it very much!
