Help needed for Anniversary surprise!

Its a long way off but we will be visiting WDW in Sept next year to celebrate my grandparents 50th Wedding anniversary and i want to do something special for them.

I'm sure i read somewhere about a private patio where you can have dinner at the Rose and Crown? But i cant remember where i read this (or if im imagining things). Does anyone have any information or pictures of the area?
