Help needed for 2-day pre-cruise WDW trip

I would like some advice for our 2-day Pop pre-cruise trip (me, DH and DD-8) in Feb. on a tight budget. We'll be arriving on a Friday night around 8pm to Pop. Where should we eat once we get in? Then, the next morning, we'll be driving off-site for the entire day. Where can we get an inexpensive breakfast around 7am? And last, on Sunday morning before the cruise, where should we eat BK, on-site or off? On that final day, we'll be with 9 other people as well. Thanks for any help you can give.
