Help needed 2009 BLT points chart

I went to My DVC site to see 2009 BLT points chart -
(Wanted to see if I could get BLT instead of OKW for our October trip.)

The site told me the file is damaged and could not be repaired -
The 2010 points chart is there, but that does not help me.

Can anyone post the 2009 BLT classes and points for me ?
