Help - Need to plan two weeks in Hawaii

My parents are flying to Hawaii in three weeks for a two week vacation. Their tour was cancelled, and they asked me to plan their stay. I don't know where to begin. They want a hotel package with as many planned tours as possible to all of the islands. Does anyone know a reputable online travel agent? I've been looking all morning but haven't gotten anywhere.

We did Hawaii on our honeymoon 7 years back and I planned it all myself. Found decent hotel rates, booked our flight and planned our sites. We did the Polynesian Culteral Center, Arizona Memorial, Volcano National Park and a couple of snorkeling trips.
We stayed on Oahu a few days then moved to the big island. Oahu was a little to "big city" for me. We loved the big island and next time will also try to stay on Maui a few days too.
