I am over, waaaay over, I have 3 extra ADR's booked and DH is furious.....(ok not REALLY furious, but a bit mad that I am so obsessed, and also combine that with him being cheap;) ) so I need to try and eliminate a couple......but I love all of them so dearly, and for different reasons, so I just can't decide what ones to cut:sad2: In case it helps we are a family of 5 (DS11, DD8, DS5/6) and my parents are along for the fun! We have 7 day base tix, no hoppers, and are committed to the parks we are eating in on those days (I LOVE EMH's).
Day1 - CP dinner at 7:05 (this maybe an easy one to cut if I can't get flights to co-operate, but we are considering driving...)
Day2 - Sci-Fi at 4:55 (kids loved this one, it is the only one we are re-visiting, and really where else is there to eat at HS, prime time does not appeal!)
Day3 - DS's BDAY!!! Ohana 9:10 (DS LOVES stitch!)then Hoop De Doo at 7:15 (could cut this one and that would free up 2 credits, but it sounds like so much fun!!)
Day4 - Tusker house 10:30 (kids love breakfast, and love characters)
Day5 - LTT for 5:10 (well, we have to eat somewhere in MK today, and the kids love thanksgiving dinner, and love the characters...)
Day6 - Storybook princess breakfast at Epcot 9:00 (for DD, she is still a princess at heart!) Coral Reef 4:10 (for my parents, after all the character dining, I thought a little 'fine' dining was in order!)
Day7 - departure day, I have been resisting booking something, like Chef Mickey.....and so far have been successful, no ADR's today!

Thanks for any advice on what 2 or 3 to get rid of...or else you could confirm that I really should just keep them all:laughing: I just don't want to give any of them up!!!!!!

Unless you have been to DW before 2 ADR's in one day can consume an awful lot of park time. The Princess Breakfast at 9 and Coral Reef at 4 is very close together IMO. But if you do not want to give up any of your ADR's would your DH consider upgrading to the DxDDP.
(you are going during free dining from what your ticker says so it would cost $32 per day per adult and I believe $10 for ages 3-9 this would give you 3 table service credits per day plus 2 snacks per night of your stay)So a six night stay for 5 adults and 2 children would be approx 1080.00. You will have to figure out if it is worth the upgrade or to just OOP your extra table service meals. Allears.net has alot of menu pricing avalible.

I would cut CP and Coral Reef although I wouldn't really want to, lol. However, there must be some limits. If you MUST cut one more, I would choose either LTT or Tusker house. Have fun!!!!!!

I would cut CP and just go to the park to get on some rides and just CS that night, I know my kids aren't interested in sitting down for a meal after a long drive or flight, so playing in MK and a pizza or hamburger at CS may be more appealing.

I would cut out Hoop De Doo Revue, I think the youngest one might not enjoy this as much as the rest, save it for when the youngest is 8 or so maybe

Schedule that Chef Mickey's with your extra credit!!! I love going out for character dining the day we are leaving, it is like a last big bang, one last awesome memory of our trip, it is our farewell breakfast.

I'd take of HDDR. That frees up two credits right there.

I'd probably also cut out LTT. There are several good CS meals to be had at MK.

I know how you feel because I did the same thing (only one ADR over) for our trip!!! :lmao:

I would remove HDDR and switch CP over to Day 3 as the HDDR is not in a park anyway. You can then decide to pay OOP for one of the BREAKFASTS as they are less expensive than the dinners. It may lighten the "blow" to your DH. :scared1: if you are only paying OOP for one breakfast.

I would also get rid of HDDR so you could keep everything else.

I would cut HDD even though we loved it and Sci-Fi, then you are down to what you need. I would keep the ones that you think your kids would love especially with characters it is the easiest way to get those photos and autographs.

Instead of taking the whole party to Akherhaus, maybe just take your DD? I'll assume you're going for the princess interaction. It's not worth paying for 3 people to eat who aren't that into the princesses. That would free up one credit. Consider it a memory, not a meal.

HDDR would make more sense to pay OOP for anyways unless your on the DxDDP. It's not worth the equivalent of 2TS credits. Either cancel or pay for it OOP as an experience.

See, this way you're not paying more for food. Just fun memories. ;)
