Help: Need to make group dining ressies in a.m.

Yikes, I am wondering what time the phone is answered so I can make dining reservations tomorrow morning. For group reservations, I understand I need to call WCT directly--is this right? Thanks so much!

I made all of our dining reservations, for a party of 12 online. You can do each one at 60 days out and the system should be good to go now, although I know for sure after 8am PST.

What I found is that I can make on-line reservations for groups larger than 10 at some restaurants, but not at all of them (and not the one I wanted). I left a message early this morning for a group reservation and I am still waiting for my call back. How long have others waited to hear back about making a group dining reservation?

I unfortunately don't have an answer to the time frame; I've always just talked to somebody. I do know some restaurants only have 2 seatings a day for large parties. Blue Bayou for example only has one lunch and one dinner seating a day - I learned this while trying to get a specific time for our group of 12. Hopefully this isn't the case for you and they get back to you soon!

ETA: Did they tell you you had to call group dining? Even with our larger parties, the regular dining line has been fine.

I appreciate you responding to my questions DisneyJamie--it helped me stay calm while I waited for my call back. Yes, regular dining said I had to call the restaurant for our group of 15. I left a second message today saying I was stressing a bit as we've planned this dinner for my brother's birthday since February. Anyway, a lovely CM just called me back and it's all set-up. Whew--especially as another thread said things were booking up over the CP weekend.
