HELP-need the ports web cam before sailing today

I really want to watch the ship at 430 mytime but cant find my link to the port cam...I have the two palms, when does the ship go by there?

It goes by two palms www.twopalms.com anywhere between 5:20 and 5:40-ish. That is -if it sails on time.
