Hi All,

I need some help deciding which TS restaurants to chose. Where are the best places for pasta? Seafood? Steak? Breakfast? Character meal? Japanese/Asian? Mexican? Most romantic?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - I don't know where to start! Thanks!!!

I will vote on the steak option. Shulas in the Dolphin Hotel and Turf Club at Saratoga Springs. Both have excellent meat.:cool1:

Best Character Breakfast:
We've eaten at 'Ohanas Best Friend at the POLY several times and really enjoy it.
We also loved "Tusker House Donalds Safari Breakfast" at AK

Non Character Breakfast:
Boma at AKL

Best Italian:
Tutto Italia in WS Epcot

I think best seafood (and perhaps best steak) is at Flying Fish.

Most romantic, Victoria & Alberts.

Best pasta, Il Mulino.

Best character meal, that depends on who you want to see and how much noise bothers you. :rotfl: Chef Mickey's is definitely the most popular. We like the food the best at Donald's at AK but the quietest we've been to has been Cape May.

Best breakfast: for us that would be Donald's character meal at Tusker House and Boma.

Mexican/Asian: have had nothing at WDW that I would consider best.

We tried Ohana's last year and really didn't enjoy it!!!

I really liked the breakfast at Crystal Palace. Haven't tried Tusker house yet, but it is on the plan for this year along with CP!!

We really enjoy Tepan Edo, but it isn't any different than your regular Japenese Steakhouse that you can go to anywhere. We just don't get a chance to do this at home, but once or twice a year so we have it on the list to do this year.

We are trying Captain's Grille this year as I didn't feel like taking DD6 to Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Are you on the dining plan? This would be a deciding factor since Shulas is not on the dining plan.

Do you have children and what ages?

My choices are:

Pasta? Tutto Italia

Seafood? Fultons Crab House

Steak? Le Cellar

Breakfast? Crystal Palace and Tusker House

Character meal? Crystal Palace & CRT

Japanese/Asian? Teppan Edo

Mexican? Don't know, don't like Mexican food

Most romantic? Narcoossee's

Okay...I'll try and help..

Best pasta: I love the spaghetti at Tony's and the Penne with Vodka Sauce at Mama Melrose.

Best seafood: I'm guessing Coral Reef

Best steak: Le Cellier

Breakfast: Kona Cafe or Ohana

Character meal: 1900 PF, Chef Mickey's, Ohana for breakfast

Pasta? Tutto Italia
Seafood? Depends on what you are looking for. If you like sushi, California Grill is great!
Steak? Yatchsman Steakhouse
Breakfast? Boma
Character meal? We've only been to Mickey's Backyard Barbeque. I would definately go again, but not because of the food...
Japanese/Asian? Haven't had any
Mexican? No good mexican here.
Most romantic? This is tough. There are many romantic restaurants, but right now I would have to say my favorite is Jiko.

Crystal Palace is a great character breakfast - Winnie the Pooh Char. and great food.

Liberty Tree Tavern has great comfort food for dinner!

Tony's Town square is great for spaghetti (Lady and the Tramp decorations).

Ohana breakfast is lively and fun - good food and characters (Lilo, Stitch, Mickey...)

Garden Grill is also a family favorite - good comfort food served family style, some food grown in The Land Pavillion, Chip and Dale, Mickey, Pluto

My DH loves Chef Mickey's dinner!

Cape May is a great Character breakfast too!!

You can't really go wrong!!! Have a magical time!!!
