HELP! Need recommendation on pole for GoPro

We just got a GoPro to use on our trip in February. I want to get a pole for it to take on rides with us. I want to be able to turn the camera around while we are on the ride, to get some shots of us and some shots of the view from the ride. Which pole would allow us to do this? TIA

I recommend a pole made by Platinum. It is very lightweight and telescopes from 9" to 27". Also has a safety tether for the camera and a wrist strap on it. It's not the sturdiest thing ever and may not last forever, but it's great for travel.

I just watched your video and your family is amazing! I was thinking of getting a go pro for my husband for his adventures and for our wdw trip. May I ask do you have the attachment where you can see what you are filming or have you just got used to how to position the camera?

I don't have the screen attachment, no. But the field of view on the camera is very wide - it's quite easy to ensure you are getting everything in the shot. The trick is to aim at someone's waist while filming and you'll get a full-body shot.
