Help!! Need Recipe that will freeze!!!

I am in need of a really good, semi easy recipe that will freeze well. My girlfriends & I are starting a "cooking day" once a month. We are going to get together & make 5 different dishes. Each person is responsible for bringing enough to make her selected dish 5 times. Any help will be appreciated!!! TIA!!!!

Are you actually going to be cooking ~ or will you be assembling/freezing and cooking later?
