Help!! Need quick info about ticket office - FL tickets bought today

I just bought tickets online and expected to PRINT out the 3 day tickets and use at the gate tomorrow. But I have a confirmation code and need to PICK them up. We don't get in tonight until 7pm to HRH. I don't think I can pick them up tonight unless ticket office is open LATER than the parks (IOA closes 7pm, US 6pm).

Dang, I want to be in line ready to walk in for early entry at IOA at 8am. How early do I need to get in line to pick up my tickets? Does the ticket office open up before 8am on days park doesn't open until 9am?

What's my best move here? I'm really not excited about getting the family up even earlier to pick up tickets. Are there any Citywalk venues that you can pick these tickets up at later at night?

Hard Rock has a kiosk right in the lobby next to the check in desk. Just swipe your card, enter your code and they come out the bottom. No worries!

These aren't FL resident tickets, are they? If so, I believe you'll need to go to the ticket counters at the park to show your ID.

Yep, they are FL resident tickets. Thanks for the info, think I will swap days at park, no rush to US.
