HELP. :( Need Quest Help

I am trying to help my kiddo, but I don't get it.....

She is trying the Peter Pan quest where she has to enter the lyrics....where in the heck to you provide you answer? All it has is a blank and there is no multiple choice...how do you answer the questions?

You just type the answer into the text box at the bottom of the screen and hit enter. The character will "say" the answer.

well, we do that and then it sits for a little bit and then we get a message that she has failed the quest. Should it automatically go to the next Quest question?

Yes, it should say that you have said the correct thing and give you a button that says "next question", or something like that. Are sure you have the lyric right?

It sounds like you are not saying the wanted word (s). When you have a _______ on a quest task, you say (type and hit enter) the correct answer. The quest module will recognize your correct reply and give you the "That is what the author wanted to hear!" congrats message. Then you click, next task.

On tasks with a ________ you can say things 1 after another until you get the right answer. However, if there is a time limit set on that task, you will be sent back a few tasks if you do not get the right answer in the allotted time.

Is that what is happening?

Yeah, VMK can be very picky with its punctuation and capitalization- I think that we all find it to be annoying

I restarted her VMK and now it works. Thanks to all.
