Help- need planning help

Help- Planning a vacation for april 3-9. Looking for tips on how to get discounts. Should i book on-line or call? if i call, should i ask for the basic package on the travel days and then have the dreammaker package during the rest of the time?

i'm a rookie and need some tips, thanks, ken,kim,courtney (11)and adam(6)

First I would say to stay on these boards and read read read!!!
Also, Go to the store and get the unofficial guide to WDW. I have Birnbaums' guide, UG and the Passporter. I love all of these. Look to see which one works for you.
I would call to make the reservations. I think it is much easier to call and change things if you need to ( or add a code)
I would not get a package I would get a room only. I think that over all you can save more money. Unless you are getting one of the special 5+2 deals.
Also do you have AAA? they can save you money on your room as well as your tickets for the park.

Many people have posted how much they like Dreams Unlimited...from this site. Also great sources are www.mousesavers.com and www.allearsnet.com, and www.laughingplace.com. I think having a service like Dreams Unlimited is a great time saver, if you are short on that. The plan that you mentioned was out last year as well, but then they announced Kids Stay and Play for Free, which worked out great for us (2A2C). Planning is so much fun, but don't go over board I hope you have a great trip
