Help! Need make ahead meal ideas please!

Tomorrow I go back to working 5 days a week for the first time in 20 years! Today I made 2 large pans of lasagna and 4 meals worth of meatballs. I want to make dishes ahead that I can pull out and nuke or bake when I get home. What I really need are chicken dishes that can be assembled and frozen....anyone have ideas?? All I am coming up with here are ground meat dishes...

inside comes out and you can make it the night before......then it is already to put into the crockpot and cook the next am.......I put onions on the bottom......then chicken pieces cut up or a whole chicken cut up.....then a jar of tomato sauce.....or home made sauce....and then cook all day......it is delicious
