you pay for. I know about the buttons and telling the host at restuarants, etc... But I really wanted to make her day special so, what can I do? I did a search but all I come up with is the buttons and telling CMs, etc...

We stayed at the Contemporary back in Nov. of 2002 and celebrated my son's 4th birthday there. We actually did the Chef Mickey's dinner to celebrate it big time. We were able to pre order a cake from the hotel and the waiter brought it out. They gave him a special placemat that was signed by the characters and we also let the hotel know when we booked (or you could call now and have them note the resv.) and one day ..I think it was the first or second day there..we came back in the afternoon and there was an autographed birthday card, a stuffed pooh bear with a balloon attached to it. That was a surprise we didn't even know about.

We just got back from celebrating dd's 5th birthday. We did all the buttons and such, got the picture in the room, free cakes, ordered a cake with dinner, etc. The only other thing I know about (depends on how much you want to spend) is a birthday fireworks cruise. They decorate the boat with streamers and things and from what I understand it is a private cruise. I think I read about it in the UG, but I'm not sure.

Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf

Winter Summerland already celebrates the winter and summer holidays. Now the venue is celebrating birthdays by offering complete birthday parties for kids. A two-hour-long birthday celebration for parties of ten or more at Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course. The party includes pizza, sodas, cake, party favors (either a "goodie bag" or logo mug) and one round of golf for each participant.

Cost: The package is $18.95 plus tax, per person. A minimum of 10 people for each party and a credit card guarantee are required. Reservations must be made at least one week prior to birthday party.

Available Times: 10:00am -12:00 noon; 12:30pm - 2:30pm; 1:00pm - 3:00pm; 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex

Multi-Sports Experience hosts 2-hour birthday parties. Be advised that complex closes each night at 5pm. $19.95 plus tax per guest. This price includes general admission to the complex and the Multi-Sports Experience, as well as a birthday cake and goodie bag.

Parties must be booked a minimum for 72-hours in advance. Reservations can be made 90-days in advance. Cancellation policy of 48 hours. A minimum of 10 Guests are required.

Hours: 2-hour-long parties available 7 days a week (times are TBD on select days during Atlanta Braves Spring Training). The first hour of the celebration will include the food serving and cake. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to party time. Times: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Features/Options: Package includes hot dogs, chips, bottled sodas, a sports shaped birthday cake, goodie bags, use of the Multi-Sports Experience, and admission to Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex to see a non-premium sporting event. Tables will be decorated with a white tablecloth and helium balloons. Each participant will receive a colored wristband for everyone in the party group. Birthday Cake Shapes: Soccer, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Baseball shaped cupcakes; Chocolate/White cakes available.
