Help! Need chicken finger recipe!

Thank you everyone.

I didn't have any creative ingredients in the house-- so I went with adding a little oil to the egg, spiced up the breadcrumbs, and did the oil spritz thing after they were on the stone.

Baked them at 350 for 25 minutes on my pampered chef stone and they were fabulous.

I'll look forward to trying some of the other suggested variations! :thumbsup2

I use Frosted Flakes for my coating...
just the right tough of sweetness! People RAVE over them.
I always add some pepper and parm cheese also, but frosted flakes are my main coating ingredient.

Never thought of that!! I've used rice crispies and potato chips before (crushed), but I'll need to try it. Thanks!

Captain Crunch is also good

I use my mother n laws oven fried chicken recipe which is flour/paprika/pepper which the chicken is dipped in, then i use quarter cup butter and quarter cup oil melted in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour. I turn over at the 30 minute mark. Never tried this with chicken fingers but we are going to the next few days, and cut back on the cooking time. When doing chicken pieces such as thighs we put the skin side down first. Hopefully the fingers will cook okay.
