Help, need advice on the best way to plan out the day.

So I am wondering what is the best way to fit in Fast pass schedules with other things in the park? Example, if I start out in Tomorrow land with a Fast pass ride/show how long do I need allow at each land to do all the rides? Also is there a place that list's how long shows are ex. Buzz Light Year or Monster Inc. Best places to eat or dicounts etc. Any tips for a newbie welcome

The Touring Plans website tells you how long each ride/attraction takes! It was a major help for me while planning.

As a general rule of thumb, I plan on 4 attractions for the first hour the park is open, 3 attractions for the second hour, and 2 for every hour after that.

I definitely second the Touring Plans suggestion for first timers! It's extremely helpful, as is their book.
