Help! My neice chele33 can't post anything!

She is getting the above message. She just signed on yesterday as chele33. I'm on her pc now trying to help. we need help as to why she can't post.

When you say she signed on yesterday, do you mean she registered for the site for the very first time? If so, you need to wait for her to be activated - she'll get an email when she has (If she hasn't already by now )
