and they asked me to look over their papers before signing.
It's actually a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM)
I looked on Suze Orman's site but it all looks confusing to me.

Any Input would be appreciated!

Do they or you have an attorney who could look over the papers for them? Reverse mortgages are gaining in popularity but you still need to be careful.
