Okay... I Know it's a little early but.... we are booked for 4 days at WDW beginning Feb 28th 06' followed by a 7 night eastern Dis cruise :boat: and I'm a planning freak  I'm all set with the cruise portion (i've been reading my passporter and let's face it although the ship is enormous... Disney World itself is HUGE by comparison :earseek: Anyway ~ my concern... I know that in four days we couldn't possibly come close to seeing everything - I totally realize this. However, I want to make the absolute MOST of our days and I don't know where to begin!!! :sad2: It's me, DH, DS 11, and DD 9. We plan on doing downtown disney on the day of arrival and getting situated at our hotel, maybe a swim. It's the three days to follow that I'm freaking out about  We want to choose three parks for the three full days there - the fourth day we board the ship and will leave open for packing up and such. I know I want to go to Magic Kingdom for sure - and I'm thinking MGM and Animal Kingdom.....
My next dilemma is where to eat??? What things do we absolutely not want to miss??? What should we not bother with????
 I'm open to suggestions ~ comments ~ tips ~ I welcome any thoughts you all have. TIA!!! :flower3:

Hi Jem!

I love it when people get excited about their upcoming trip to WDW

I think you should focus on Magic Kingdom for a full day and maybe split up Epcot (Test Track, Soarin and Illuminations) and then maybe MGM. Then you could also check out the Animal Kingdom as well. Epcot is one of those great Parks that you can hop to very easily. I think it really depends on what you all want to see? :wizard:

The cruise is amazing, I have done it twice myself and can't wait to go again with the family.

As far as dining again it depends on what type you want to try. There are so many choices.

You also don't want to kill yourself trying to see everything. I would get a guidebook and see what rides and/or attractions everyone wants to see, then majority rules. That way everyone can see at least one thing that they want.

You want to have fun on your trip. Good Luck! :wave2: :mickeybar

Check out the menus on allearsnet.com. This way you can eat at places where everyone will be happy. Make sure you make dining reservations...the restaurants this year have been VERY crowded becuase of the dining plan. We saw many people turned away last month without reservations.

In December we did WDW for 4 days and then the cruise. Please do not over do yourself at teh world. We were up and out of AKL each morning by 8 AM! Arrival day we went to MGM. Yes we had a WONDERful time BUT come Cast-A-Way Cay day we did not really enjoy ourselves becuase we were SSSOOOOOOOOOO tired. With that said, the boys I require more sleep then DH. :cloud9:

Try to relax, you will be back! :moped:
