We will be flying into Sanford in March and I am getting ready to book a towncar. When I go to the Sanford web site it lists livery companies that are approved with them. I have never heard of any of these companies (except Mears.) I have researched companies mentioned on these boards and they do show rates from Sanford ie; FL Tours & Happy Limo. Can someone explain why this is?
