Europe at World Showcase is represented by France, Germany, Britian, Norway and Italy. France has the best restaurants - and a very good (and crowded) pastry shoppe. Italy's restaurant (as has been said) gets mixed reviews - and is reproduced in cheezy Italian restaurants all over the US. Germany has an Oktoberfest show going - I think its the only one that has entertainment while you eat. Its a buffet. Norway also has a buffet, which I've never eaten at, but which gets rave reviews and is generally pretty easy to get into at the last minute. I have eaten at the bakery there several times, but the bakery doesn't do a great job of making you feel like your in Norway (the food is really good and pretty reasonable - but the seating is in a patio outside - and not tucked back "in country" so I never really feel like I've left Epcot like you can in the back crannies of the Morocco pavillion. I'm not a big fan of British food, but the pub is a great place to stop for a beer (I don't drink beer either) All four lands do a pretty good job of giving you a feel for the country in the space of a few city blocks.
How long are you staying for? It isn't unreasonable to have a meal and or snack in each of the five European lands during a week stay.
