hi, i cannot log out. when i click to log out, nothing changes. I get the screen that says all cookies cleared and the screen with the options to return to the page i was previously viewing. when i do, i am still logged in. help

Manually delete your cookies and delete your history and online files. You can do this from Tools>Internet Options
