Help- mnsshp, jack and parade

hello- have lots I want to do at the Halloween party, but my top priorities are meeting Jack skellington (one of my sons fav characters) and getting a front row seat for the Halloween parade. Where does jack meet and what time? Favorite spots for parade viewing, how long before should I seek out a spot? I usually skip parades because they are crowded and stressful to me.. for example one year an adult pushed my 5year old over so he (the adult) could get a better view. People amaze me.... Anyway.... I know I cannot control other people, but my son loves Halloween and I want to try and find us a nice spot for the parade. We have not been to the Halloween party since he was a baby. Thanks for your input!!

I would do the second parade if your son can stay up this late. I watched it from the second floor of the train station and had a great view of it coming down main street. I think Jack meets in Adventureland

How long did you have to stake out to get a front row spot at the train station? I am doing the second parade (11:15pm) this October.

I was down on main street about 10-15 minutes before the parade and looked up and no one was there ( ok maybe 5 or so people) and decided about 5 minutes before the parade started ( it was so close to the start of the parade I was concerned I would miss it when I was walking up there) and there was more than enough room.

Jack and Sally actually meet in Liberty Square, where Mary Poppins does M&G in the day, just behind the Christmas Shop.

They usually get out for M&G well before the actual party starts so best thing is to get in line as soon as you enter the park at 4PM. This way, one of your priorities will be done before the party actually starts. If you are more than one adult, you can always switch so that you can still enjoy some rides

That is right I was not really sure where I saw them but now that you say this I remember seeing them there. And I do ageee get there is soon as you get in at 4pm. And triad off on who stays in line so that you can do other things.
