Help!!!!!! MNSSHP dates not yet announced!!!!!

I am not sure where to post this....................I had read on here several weeks ago, that the dates for the halloween party are usually announced in march, but I have not heard or seen, read,etc. as of yet. I even called the wdw info number at two different times and the first time was told, nothing was posted yet and the second time was told to try back around august!!!!!! Do you know that having to wait until august will mess of any of my "pre planned" plans............ugghhhh!!!!!!...........ok I am done. SO if there is anyone out here that could let me know when any dates or info will be released, please let me know........Thanks

If I am remembering correctly, I believe the dates came out in late April/early May last year. I could be wrong....anyone else remember the dates?

thanks for the reply. like I said, I am going a little crazy considering our hotel is booked and vacation time is blocked off for my hubby. We are going to wdw from Oct 8 to the 15 and I am hoping that there will be at least one day that will be available and that will work around our schedule. We already have hoop de doo booked and paid, and cant wait until we can call for the rest of our adrs. Ok, I am done. I am eagerly awaiting any more info on mnsshp dates.

I'm waiting also. But they don't come out for another month or so...late April/early May. But, historically, I believe there are parties on Sundays, Tuesdays and maybe Thursdays (?). I'm planning on either Sun or Tues. We'll know pretty soon.

I know what you mean, last year we CHANGED our plans just to make sure we were there for the party.

We were there on 09/30, i believe and there was one as early as that. They seem to be like every third day or so. you can view the past dates on allears or the wdw web site.

my dh and dd love it! we have a blast and love the fact that you can basically walk on most of the rides, especially in fantasy land (great for DD) with little or no wait. don't get me wrong I love to ride DUMBO, but hate to wait forever just to ride round and round, up and down over and over and over. This way, waiting in line for those rides is not a problem!

www.touringplans.com (Unofficial Guide) has the MNSSHP dates listed under crowd level projections.

For week our week of 10/8 they list Tuesday & Thurs, then the following Sunday.

I hope the info is correct & WDW doesn't tweak the dates.

Does anyone know if the earlier dates (see above) ever sell out & need to be bought in advance ala MVMCP?

ok, stupid question here, how much is it? Is it the cost of an extra day ticket to attend? Really wanting to go and will be there 10/2-10/15. trying to wait patiently but it's not working too well.

We too are patiently waiting which is turning into impatiently waiting which is on the verge of going out of my mind waiting. This will be our first year going to the MNSSHP and we have hyped our kids up about it so much that if it doesnt fit into our schedule or the tickets for the dates we want are sold out, I will be up the creek with no paddle for sure. My daughter will be be six and she has one of those concrete vault memories so there will be much reminding and plenty of drama if we dont go. If the dates are right at the touring site, we will probably shoot for the thursday (12th?) date. tuesday the 10th is our anniversary and I am hoping to book just the two of us for an illuminations cruise with disney private dinning or victoria and alberts as a second choice. Hey, where are you guys all staying during your visit??? Thanks for all of the info.....................
