Help...Might have to cancel trip!

I am renting point from a co-worker and are booked into OKW for March 14th/10. I might have to cancel trip as I have been off work with an injury and was just told by supervisor if I don't return next week my vacation time might not be approved I understand that points are put in a hold if within 31 days of check-in. What are my options. I am currently 63 days out. I should know if vacation is approved or declined before the 31 day wi:scared1:ndow. I could plan to go in Sept for our 20th wedding anniversary instead if this would be within my options.

You really need to speak with the person renting you the points to find out your options.

The 31 day window is not the only issue. Use Year comes into play also. We dont know what the UY is so any advice given will not be accurate. If the points expire before you can use them then they will be lost.

I agree with the PP, you will have to discuss this with your co-worker and I would do it sooner rather than later as it could make a difference in what the owner can do with the points.

If the owner is still in his/her banking window, then they may be more willing to allow for a cancellation or a rescheduling then if they are outside that window.

That is why letting them know right now there is a glitch, instead of waiting until you know for sure, it important. Good luck and I hope tha teveryone works out!!!
