HELP! Memory Maker? PhotoPass?

What is the difference and what do I need to get... LOL We are going to the World on May 3rd... my mom doesn't want to do the picture packages. I am still debating myself... so looking for opinions. I have a very nice camera I am debating if I want to drag around with me. The trip is a quick budget Mother daughter Trip to the World... my mom, my daughter, and myself are going... my mother is there for a convention so my daughter and I will be touring the parks for the most part on our own...
