HELP...memory maker is causing me trouble

My friend and I took our families to Disney at the same time, we just got back yesterday. We had pre-ordered memory maker on my account a week before our trip, and we had linked our accounts under friends and family, including to see all plans and view and purchase all photopass photos. Yet now we are trying to use my account to look at the photos and I can view my photos, but I can't view his photos. He can view my photos and his photos no problem. He sent me a screen shot of our family settings and I can see that they are correct. Is there something that I am doing wrong?
