Help me with wording fax requests please!

We have to children ages 6 & 8.

Polynesian-

if it is possible, we would like to request the following:
1) A non-smoking room
2) A balcony or patio so that we can sit outside after children go to bed
3) Tokeleau or Figi -We have a GV so should I mention that?

Should I request certain rooms or mention that we would love to have a view of the MK? I know everyone else would love the same!

2) An unobstructed savannah view on the Zebra Trail facing The Arusha Rock
3) 1 queen bed with bunk beds
4) A balcony so that we can sit outside after the children go to bed - Does all room have balconies? If so I guess I don't need to mention this.
Is this too much to request for Ak?

The single most important rule to remember is to put your requests in the order of importance to you. The chances that you will get all of your requests for each resort diminish in direct proportion to the increase in number of things you request.
