Help me with some how-tos, please :)

In the pIrates game it says I have to "talk to Captain Blackheart" to advance to level 3. Can anyone tell me where to find him?

Also, I cannot figure out how to move my camera to take those hidden Mickey pics. It just takes a pic of the middle of the screen! How to?

Do you know that he's one of the Non-Playing Characters that give you
credits everyday? He's located at the Pirate Treehouse in Adventureland.
The NPC characters are:

Esmeralda (Emporium)
Shrunken Ned (Shrunken Ned's Shop)
Captain Blackheart (Pirate Treehouse)
Yeti (Matterhorn)
Dragon (Dungeon)
The Haunted Mansion ghosts (go to the little black mausoleum to enter)
The three ghosts appear and disappear in each of the rooms. Hover your
mouse near far exits to find the exit into each of the three rooms.

As for the camera, use your mouse to drag the top part of the camera
window where you want to center the picture.

I have tried that mouse thing with the camera and it doesn't work for some reason, but at least now I know I did what I was supposed to.
