So I just booked our flights cheap thanks to SWA. Bad thing is we didn't get the early morning flight I wanted b/c they're booked up. :( So, our plans are off. We come in at 4pm on Saturday the 2nd so that day is shot. I'm looking for suggestions on what park we should do on our 1st and last days there.

Here was my original plan:

Saturday--Arrive and go to Epcot
Sunday--MGM
Monday--MK
Tuesday--Sea World and MVMCP
Wednesday--Sleep in and go to Animal Kingdom
Thursday--Leave

But those plans are out the window b/c of the flight times. We'll be leaving Thursday at 4pm so I wanted to do Epcot that day b/c I know my kids won't be too interested in that. Is that a good idea? Do you suggest MGM? What park will we need a longer day at? Monday and Tuesday are already set, I don't want to change those days. We're not getting park hoppers. My kids are young and there will be enough activities and I want to save some $$ somewhere.

Saturday--Arrive
Sunday--??
Monday--MK
Tuesday--Sea World
Wednesday--??
Thursday (half day)--??

Thanks for any help!! I hope this all makes sense!! :confused3

Keep your plans the way they are and go to Epxot on the last day as you wanted to.

Thanks for the input. I figured it might be best to give my kids a full day at MGM--they love Ariel, Belle, and Playhouse Disney. So I didn't want to cut that day short. ;) Thanks!

Forgot to ask too...do you think we'd need more time at MGM or Animal Kingdom? On Wednesday, we'll be sleeping in b/c of MVMCP the night before and then we have ADRs at 1900 Park Fare at 5pm. (Tried to change them today but they're booked.) Do you think that would be OK to keep it an Animal Kingdom day that day? Or do you suggest we put a *FULL* day there and the shorter day at MGM?

Sorry to be so confusing!!!

I would sleep in on Wednesday like originally planned, but go to Epcot since World Showcase doesn't open until late anyway. That way you could hop on the Monorail for your ADR, then go back if you wanted to see Illuminations. I would do Animal Kingdom on the day you leave since you won't be missing much by leaving early since they close early.
