Help me with my last day plans please!

I need advice for our last day please! Last day/night is May 24. We want to do extra magic hours at MK for the evening. Normally I wouldn't plan on going to extra magic hours but since it's a short trip, I want extra time at MK and we want to end our trip at MK. Right now I have 3 fast passes booked for the evening at MK starting at 6:15. We will have dinner around 8. We aren't really concerned if we see the fireworks or not. I guess I should also mention that we are spending the day before this at MK from before park opens until around 3. My main concern is that we want to spend the morning at a different park. Either Epcot or HS. What do I do? Keep fast passes at MK or make fast passes for Epcot or HS and then hope for some same day fast passes for MK? I realize fast pass isn't available for the actual EMH at MK, so not sure what strategy we should have. Am I making sense? Please give me your thoughts on this.

Rope-drop the morning park (or go a little later knowing that you will go to non-headliners)

Keep your FP at MK

Keep your dinner reservation - ride/see what you can after dinner and before EMH (maybe concentrate on what is NOT open during EMH)

Figure out your last few must-dos for MK EMH and a game plan for them

IMHO - the way we have always made evening EMH work at a park is to save our fastpasses for that park for the 3 hours before EMH starts (you are doing exactly that, with a break for dinner)
