Help me with Easter Week

I am planning a trip to Southern California over my child's spring break to visit family and do a few side trips including Disneyland. I will be flying in on Friday the 25th and taking a red eye back to Dulles on Thursday the 31st. I am trying to figure out what day or days would be best to visit the parks. What will Easter Sunday be like? Will it be extremely busy that day? Should I hold off until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Any day the week before and the week after Easter will be busy. But most of the annual passes, with the exception of the premium, are blocked out on that Sat and Sun, so strange as it may seem, the weekend may be your better bet.
