Help me understand what is open during EE/ EMH

In DCA, what is open during the EMH? Especially interested in:

1. Soarin/ Fast Pass for Soarin
2. Meeting A&E/ Fast Pass for A&E
3. RSR/ Fast Pass for RSR
4. Mater's
5. Luigi's

In DL- I think it is only FL and TL? How about Fantasy Faire? I go in the off season (mid week Sept) and I never think the Extra HOur at DL is worth it. Too many people in a small space. Any suggestions?

FPs are not distributed during EMH/MM. Carsland and Soarin' are open during EMH (along with other attractions). I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think A&E meet guest during EMH (I looked on the schedule for next Monday and it doesn't list EMH hours for them).

For DL, EMH/MM includes most of Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. There are no EMH/MM hours listed for Fantasy Faire. Likewise, Star Wars Launch Bay is also not open during EMH/MM (it opens at 10:00 am most days) and Path of the Jedi also doesn't list EMH/MM hours. Over in FL, I don't think Storybook Canal Boats or Casey Jr Train are open during EMH/MM (they were not open when I was there for EMH/MM).

Little Mermaid, TOT, and California Screamin are also open in DCA.
I may not be remembering right but I swear that Indy was open during MM at Disneyland a few months ago. It was so empty over there it was scary walking the cue. There was literally no one in the tunnel with us at the same time. Its possible that it had switched to regular park hours by then but I really don't think so.

Indy is not open during MM at Disneyland. Only FL and TL are open. They have CM's holding ropes to keep people out of Frontierland and Adventureland. You probably got in there right at regular park opening.

Are you staying onsite? EMH at DCA is only available for those staying at the 3 Disney hotels.

Same with RSR, or really anything. Rides could be closed or still testing at opening, regular or EMH.
