Help me understand this points transfer listing

Hopefully I’m not breaking any rules by linking this, but I’m checking to make sure I don’t have some fundamental misunderstanding about transfers. I just today discovered that dvstore.com brokers point transfers. I was looking at this listing specifically: https://www.dvcstore.com/Development/TransferForm.cfm?IDNumber=489
How is that listing possible? I thought you could do only one transfer per membership per use year? How can you do a transfer from points from two different contracts?

They're two contracts which are under the same membership.

As Marionette said, the owner has one membership, but several contracts under that membership. That is why he said you need to take all 110 points, the owner can do ONE transfer on his membership, but he can use that one transfer for all the contracts under that membership.
