Help me understand fastpass plus

I will be in wdw 3/23 to 3/28. We have annual passes and are Dvc members staying at BCV. Will I be eligible to use fast pass plus. If so how do I sign up for it? This whole thing has me so confused

There's nothing to understand yet. Disney hasn't unrolled the FP+ system yet. Currently the only components of the whole RFiD, next-gen project that are actually in use are the RFID locks on Disney resort and DVC rooms and MYW can be converted to an RFID-enabled ticket to be used at the RFID turnstiles at the parks. They haven't converted annual passes yet, so you'll still have to use the regular turnstiles. But this could all change tomorrow, Disney is being pretty shadowy about roll-out dates.
