help me save my photos please..my computer has a virus!!

Hi all

I am looking for a website that can host my pics (free) until I can dump my computer. My mom had one "once upon a time" that would actually search your computer for photos which would be ideal. I tried to download them to a disc but the virus has affected my drives and they "can't be found".

My last backup was in August (pre Katrina) so I won't lose everything but geez...I never had our Halloween Disney pics developed

any help you can give would be appreciated!

Try photobucket. i'm not sure what the limit is but thats where i put a lot of my pictures.

I used photbucket when that happened to me. Thank goodness I was able to get them all in there before my computer finally died.

thanks everyone for your fast replies...just noticing a few of them now. I am using snapfish and it is working okay..alittle slow but at least it downloads a folder at a time instead of individual pictures.

I hope I can finish downloading before it completely locks up

it actually searches your computer for photos and uploads them by itself.

Save them to disks. Pictures should never be saved on a website or your hard drive (unless, of course, you have back-up disks), which are always subject to problems.

you are absolutely right! but as we all know sometimes we don't do what we should but you can bet I'll be better about saving to disc from now on!
