I recently got a pin code and decided to splurge and upgrade our family of six from ASMu to the Yacht Club.
I made all my ADRs when I was planning to be at ASMu. I made them for restaurants in the parks or at resorts near the parks we we be at each day. I didn't think we'd be in any hurry to get back to our resort. But now I'm wondering if it would be better to have ADRs at restaurants near YC so we can just go back to our resort when we get tired of the parks and stay there if we want.
Here is my current line up:
Sun (at MK): CRT lunch, Calif. Grille dinner
Mon (at Epcot): Chef's lunch, R&C dinner
Tue (at AK): Counter service lunch, Jiko dinner
Wed (at HS): HBD lunch, Flying Fish dinner
(Breakfast will be quick in our room before we hit the parks.)
Here are the restaurants I am considering switching in:
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Captain's Grille
Beaches & Cream
(not considering Cape May Cafe since we're not big buffet fans)
What do you think? Any others I should consider? These would most likely subsitute Calif. Grille and Jiko since Flying Fish and R&C are already close to YC.
Thanks in advance for the advice. (This is our first trip to WDW, so we've never been to any of these restaurants!)
